Not far from Stonehurst, home of the red fishing shed, is another quaint fishing community called Blue Rocks.
Can you spot the photobomber in this picture? :-)
This is one of the first buildings you see when you turn down the little road that brings you out to the point…
I used my telephoto lens to snap this picture of an artist hard at work…
This is the coolest little shop. Lots of hand painted buoys and other wood pieces that you pay for by putting your money in a little box.
Mini Me :-)
Where do you want to go today?
Lots of little houses that I’m guessing are used only used in the summer, they don’t look very warm!
A shed, not a house ;-)
Two seagulls hangin’ out in a rock.
You can’t have a fishing community without boats!
Happy weekend!
Amazing photos !
ReplyDeleteSo picturesque it doesn't seem real. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteHot damn ... is the "photo bomber" the "Bluenose II" ?
ReplyDeleteI've gotta go back to Blue Rocks and look at it again. You really have your eyes open and SEE so much. Lovely photos as usual.

Yep, you got it, that's Bluenose II in the background :-)
DeleteThere's a sweet little general store at the very end of Blue Rocks now. Definitely worth a visit :-) It'll be closed till the season starts up again next spring - we could make it a S3 + K trip :-)
